"I recently had the pleasure of organising and attending a botanical illustration workshop for my team, led by Quan Mei from Love Curates, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. 

Quan Mei was exceptionally patient, guiding participants with care and encouragement, ensuring that even total beginners felt confident making their first stroke. For those with a bit more experience, the session offered just the right level of challenge (they could choose to draw more difficult forms of flowers with complicated patterns), allowing us to explore and refine our skills at our own pace.

One of the standout aspects of the workshop was the calming atmosphere. The pace was comfortable, and time seemed to fly by as we immersed ourselves in the art of illustration. It was truly a soothing session, definitely good for our mental wellness after a long week at work!
I was especially touched by the philosophy behind the workshop (and Quan Mei’s craft)—how the process of illustrating each flower mirrored the way every individual blooms in their own time and way. It was a gentle reminder to embrace our own unique journeys and growth.
From the very beginning of the planning process with Quan Mei, the communication was clear and everything flowed smoothly, which made organizing and participating in the workshop a seamless experience.

Overall, this workshop was not only a wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill but also a time for reflection and self-care. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a creative and peaceful way to reconnect with themselves."
